SEO and Data, à la carte


Search Engine Optimization is the process of learning what will cause your website or web application to rank higher on search engine results. It is a type of branding process, but specifically geared towards search bots on the Intenet, and learning to help them 'see' your website.

Business intelligence is a set of data from your site's web traffic that is specifically curated to help you understand: who your customers are, how they are accessing your site, what they are purchasing on your site, and so on. It allows you, as the owner to allocate more resources towards activities that are likely to yield more revenue, while avoiding, or repositioning from situations that are likely to yield less.

Project Muse offers year-long packages for either search engine optimization or business intelligence gathering and reporting, though the business intelligence and reporting package does require that the website or application be connected to an active database, or, at Step 3: Databasing your website of the Project Muse build process.

Option 1: SEO Packages

Project Muse uses a variety of techniques and technologies to help your website stand out, including server side rendering, a process of directly revealing your website or web application to the search bots to help them create a clearer picture of your project on the Internet. This process gets your website rated higher for both a greater variety of searches, as well as more total searches. Server side rendering also improves all upload times, giving you much better static load times for your website, another major metric used by search bots, in addition to being easier for them to read.

At Project Muse, I develop custom portfolios to help your company with search engine optimization. These portfolios are unique to every business looking for this type of expertise, and my focus is on ensuring long-term satisfaction with the search engine keywords that you're targeting. At the end of Step 2: Developing your website, you recieved an SEO profile. We will build your SEO plan from this.

About the technology

MERN stack, written in a PHP framework, is a modern programming stack with a twist. MERN is an adaptable, scalable technology stack that works well for all websites and web applications, but especially well for websites and applications where the owner expects substantial daily user traffic. Facebook uses MERN stack.

PHP is a classic, back-end language, noted for both its speed and security, as well as its greater synergy with modern Search Engine Optimization practices. MERN stack and PHP, written together, build seamless user experiences through lightning fast websites, and enchanting owner experiences because of their extreme scalability and security. Wordpress, the web application that builds other websites, is written in PHP.
